Description

Engineering services for subsurface utility engineering are required on various projects throughout District Eight for use primarily on Phase I and II projects. There may be projects during Phase III. Work orders under a blanket agreement will be negotiated and authorized by the department on an as-needed basis. The Consultant shall respond within 24 hours to the District after receiving each work order assignment to discuss the scope of work, negotiate hours of work, equipment required, and direct cost. After the department gives the Consultant authorization to proceed, the Consultant shall commence work within ten (10) calendar days.
