| Description | In general, the Contract shall include: the manufacturing, supply, delivery and all labor, tools, equipment, materials, temporary facilities for the site erection of three (3) 12 ft x 18 ft lean-tos and log siding for one (1) 12 ft x 20 ft x 8 ft high framed building (including 10% waste). The lean-tos shall be manufactured off site and then delivered to the project site and re-assembled as required. All foundations, roof coverings and other finishes shall be provided by others. The siding shall be delivered to the site and unloaded. Installation is by others. The Contract shall include on-site representation and full coordination with the General Contractor-of-Record. The Bid shall include FOB Destination to the project site. All labor on the project site shall be subject to NYS Prevailing Wage Rates. |
