Astor Dowdy Towers Lawn Care Services

Scope: The Contractor will mow, edge, and trim the Astor Dowdy Towers site as directed by HPHA from the Notice to Proceed in the first year and from April 1st or when new growth first occurs in subsequent year(s) until mid-February or until growth ceases. The contractor will rake, collect, and remove leaves once weekly from September 15th until December 31st unless otherwise notified. The Contractor will provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to mow, edge, trim, and remove all associated debris on the Astor Dowdy Towers site, and provide complete and continuous maintenance of the lawn, shrubs, ground cover, and perennial and annual plantings in order to keep them in a healthy, growing condition as specified herein. The contractor will provide services for other items including, but not limited to: mulch, dead heading plants, fertilizer, weeding, aeration, and lime application.
