| Description | Approximately 227' high radial brick chimney. Performing exterior masonry repairs consisting of tuckpointing approximately 1,000 linear feet of masonry joints and replacing approximately 100 units. Repair interior breech. The steel tension bands shall be cleaned, repaired, caulked and recoated. The existing ladder, exterior platform, handrails, grating, and supporting frame, cleanout door and frame shall be repaired, cleaned and recoated. Wire Brush and Paint Electrical Conduit. Replace existing LED aviation obstruction light units with new IR LED units. A Siloxane Waterproofing coating shall be applied to the entire exterior stack. The interior of the chimney shall be inspected as describe in the specifications |
