Victory Hall - Building 6023 - Camp Roberts

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Victory Hall - Bldg. 6023 - CR located at Camp Roberts, Highway 101, San Miguel, California. Work to include Repair work will include abatement of Lead and Asbestos containing materials, elective demolition, HVAC system, electrical system, interior finishes, latrines, data/communication system, pole mounted transformer, fire protection, gypsum wall board (GWB). All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Project Manager (PM) for this project is MAJ Colendich, Myles, at myles.p.colendich.mil@army.mil or the Assistant PM (APM) MSG Kendell, Bill at herbert.w.kendall.nfg@army.mil. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to MAJ Colendich, Myles, at myles.p.colendich.mil@army.mil and MSG Kendell, Bill at herbert.w.kendall.nfg@army.mil no later than 2:00 PM on 2/15/2023. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 2/2/2023 at 4:00 PM The Government Estimate for this project is $2726000.
