| Description | The Contractor shall furnish services and materials to perform a Class II chimney inspection, chimney cleaning, and painting. The Contractor shall replace the handrails on the top exterior platform at the 402’ elevation as described in the specification herein. The Contractor shall provide all material, freight, equipment, lifting equipment, crane, scaffold, labor, personnel protective equipment, tools, consumables, waste disposal, and supervision to fully perform the specified work without the assistance of City personnel. |
