Old Roswell Road at Warsaw Road Intersection Improvement

The City of Roswell is requesting offers from qualified construction firms for the Old Roswell Rd. at Warsaw Rd. Intersection Improvement Project for the Transportation Department. This is a Locally Funded project. Eighteen (18) months have been allotted for performance of construction. Permits-Roswell's Land Disturbance Permit have been approved and will be provided to contractor. Liquidated damages have been set in accordance with the Bid Documents. A Bid Bond equal to 5% of the base bid will be required. 100% Payment and Performance bonds will also be required by the successful contractor. The GDOT Standard Specifications Construction of Transportation Systems, 2013 Edition, GDOT Supplemental Specifications Book, 2016 Edition, and applicable special provisions and supplemental specifications described within this bid package apply to the contract.
