First Avenue Improvements Phase I

The Scope of work for this Contract includes the installation of concrete curb and gutter throughout the project limits that will help reduce nuisance flooding. ADA upgrades will be completed where required, as well as repairs to sidewalk and driveway aprons as needed. The entire project area will be milled and overlayed upon completion of the improvements. The project will also include fire hydrant installation, relocation, and replacement. Distribution system water valve replacement, pavement striping, signage, and site restoration are also in the scope of work.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
