Tamarack Center Boiler Replacement: Nicolet College Rhinelander Campus

The Nicolet College District is currently soliciting bids for the White Pine Center Boiler Replacement at the main campus, located at 5364 College Drive, Rhinelander, Wisconsin No bid shall be received unless accompanied by a scanned copy of a certified check or a bid bond as listed in the bid documents. The check should be payable to the College as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and performance and payment bonds within the time limited by the College If the successful bidder so files the contract and bond, upon the execution of the contract by the College the check shall be returned. All bids submitted must be guaranteed for a period of at least sixty (60) days following the date of bid opening. Substantial completion date for the project to be December 29, 2023. Nicolet College reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject all bids.
