| Description | This shall be a three-year contract of Generator Maintenance services starting February 28, 2022 and ending February 27, 2025. The Town reserves the right to delete or add new generators as needed. The Town also reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time during the contract period. The contract may be renewed with the same contractor by mutual consent at the contract price for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms without being re-let through competitive bidding. |
