2020 Landscape Maintenance Service

Contract services to install, and maintain, those plant materials associated with Stamford Downtown’s year-round Streetscape Beautification Program. Stamford Downtown seeks a vendor who will take ownership of, and pride in, the Streetscape Beautification Program while providing elite service. In 2020 the Streetscape Program will encompass, but is not limited to: 1. Three (3) garden areas at street-level, 2. Gardens within four (4) Downtown parks, 3. Thirty-nine (39) concrete, street planters and 4. Two-hundred (200) plus hanging flower baskets. The contractor’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following activities: 1. Spring preparation 2. Four (4) seasonal plantings 3. Fertilizing 4. Pruning 5. Weeding 6. Fall clean-up and 7. Winter preparation.
