Quail Street Park Site Improvements

The project entails site work on property owned by Denver Water and leased to the City of Lakewood, for the purpose of adding park amenities for public use. The project also includes civil work in the Quail St. ROW to complete a section of curb & gutter and attached 5’-wide sidewalk. Site work consists of erosion and sediment control, demolition and removal of existing improvements, minor earthwork and grading, concrete work, sodding and native seeding, mulching, irrigation system modifications, site furnishings, and playground & resilient rubber surfacing installation. Civil work consists of clearing and grubbing, demo and removal, asphalt patching and paving, storm inlet adjustment, attached concrete sidewalk with vertical and mountable curb, sidewalk chase, and concrete curb ramp in City of Lakewood right-of-way. The project is to be completed within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
