Base Bid - Reconstruction of the Primary School's Parking Lot, including Site Clearing, Site Demolition, Earthwork, Soil Erosion Measures, Grading, Curbing, Walkways, Pavement, Striping, Signage, Landscaping, Site Restoration, etc. to provide a complete and operational parking area in accordance with the construction documents. - Add-Alternate 1 - Reconstruction of the Exterior Stairway located between the South River Middle School and High School, including Site Clearing/ Demolition, Earthwork, Soil Erosion Measures, Grading, Reinforced Concrete Stairway with Railings, Landscaping, Site Restoration, etc. to provide a complete and operational stairway in accordance with the construction documents.
