| Description | For Elevator and Chair Lift Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Services The School Board of Citrus County, Florida ("CCSB") intends to establish and agreement with a qualified Contractor to provide, at a minimum, Quarterly Preventative Maintenance Full-Service Contract / Maintenance Services (Cleanings, Inspections, Maintenance, Certification, Repairs, Replacements, and Emergency Services) to Elevators and Chair Lifts at various locations District-Wide, and to secure firm, fixed unit prices, hourly labor rates and percentage (%) mark-up on parts, supplies, and materials for all systems listed for the contract period as specified herein.
