Description

Pre-qualifying Flooring Installation Contractors interested in providing Flooring Installation services for upcoming projects throughout the District. Contractors are anticipated to provide labor, installation, demolition, removal, etc. in multiple District locations when proposals are requested for individual scopes of work. Qualified contractors are to provide relevant experience, qualifications and expertise to complete work within the specified budget and within the scheduled time for each project. Contractors may consult with Architect Engineering (A/E) teams and District staff regarding impact of existing conditions; sequencing and scheduling of the work; coordination of site access, work areas, and safety and security procedures to minimize conflict with instructional and extracurricular activities. Upon award and contract execution the contractor will complete the work in accordance with the final Construction Documents and the approved project schedule.
