Pre/Post Procedure Unit Relocation

Generally, the scope of work consists of renovating an area on the Existing 1st floor of the Hospital to house the Pre/Post Procedure Unit, as well as relocate an existing public toilet room and mechanical room. Work includes but is not limited to new walls, mechanical, electrical, plumbing items, equipment, fire safing, sprinklers, and finishes throughout the areas. All work is complete with all materials, labor, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work, etc. as indicated in the drawings and as specified.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 10 -	Specialties, Toilet, Bath, and Laundry Accessories.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
