Water Testing and Treatment Services - Chatham County Welcome Center

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish an Open Agency Contract to the responsive and responsible Supplier meeting specifications to provide water testing and systems operations to include all necessary treatments to ensure compliance with the Georgia Safe Drinking Water Act of 1977, O.C.G.A. 12-5-170 et. seq., and the Rules, Chapter 391-1-5, adopted pursuant to the Act for the DOT - Rest Area/Welcome Center #112 located off I-95 in Chatham County. Welcome Center #112 operates under the following permit: PERMIT TO OPERATE A PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM PERMIT NO.: NG0510236 COUNTY: CHATHAM The Supplier will furnish all, labor, shipping supplies, and other services necessary to provide water testing and systems operations. All work must be in compliance with Federal, State, and Local Laws and Codes, and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Environmental Protection Division (EPD) Regulations. The Department does not make or imply any guarantee of minimum or maximum number of services under the contract. The Department reserves the right to modify existing provisions or include additional provisions, which are not addressed herein.
