Provide Grounds Maintenance Services for their main campus and their Health Sciences Center. The service area associated with this contract is approximately 40 acres of land. The services being required under this contract will include the complete care of all trees, shrubs, groundcovers, seasonal color and perennial areas, mulch areas, lawn areas, meadow areas, asphalt and parking lot areas, and any other designated areas to be maintained on each property.
