| Description | North Central Public Power District 2 - 10 MVA Transformers Sealed proposals for the purchase of two (2) 10/11.2/12.5/14 MVA, 69 KV Delta - 12.47/7.2 KV Grd Y, ONAN/ONAF, Three-Phase Substation Power Transformers will be received by North Central Public Power District. All proposals must be made in strict accordance with instructions in said bidding forms and on those forms. The OWNER may disregard bids which are not made in accordance with these instructions. The OWNER will award the contract to the responsive and responsible bidder submitting the lowest and best loss evaluated bid under provisions of law or, at its sole discretion, may reject any or all bids. |
