| Description | The City of Rochelle is pleased to present the following Request for Proposals (RFP) for the reuse and redevelopment of the vacant property located at SWC 2nd Avenue & Washington Street in Downtown Rochelle, IL. This property may also be combined with the 201 N Washington Street Property RFP. One RFP may be submitted for both properties for a complete project if the developer desires to acquire both properties. The site is rectangular in shape and contains approximately 56,858+-SF or 1.31+- acres. The site has 418.93+-feet along the northern property line or the south side of West 2nd Avenue and 124.47+-feet along the eastern property line or the west side of North Washington Street. |
