Hilltop Apartments RA3 Shingle Roof Replacement

The removal of the existing shingle roof system and installing a new 30 year dimensional shingle roof system. The work will be a single prime contract between the Owner and the successful Contractor. Contract shall cover all work in that project for which the contract is written for. The coordination of the work, scheduling of work, sub-contractors and over all field administration, shall be the responsibility of the prime contractor of that project or project. See Instruction to Bidders for type of Contract that will be issued and the Owner will prepare said Contract. Purdue University is tax exempt and said tax exempt number will be issued to the successful Contractor after the award of work. Contract: Construction work under unified fixed price contract. Any bidder wanting to make a visit to the site during the bidding period to inspect and verify existing conditions should attend the Pre-Bid meeting scheduled for January 4, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. EDT.
