Description

The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of clearing and grading of the existing site, installation of a prefabricated wooden pavilion, water service piping, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, fencing, trail amenities, and landscaping. The project also includes three (3) alternate bids for the installation of sod in place of grass seed, pet fountains and dog agility equipment.
