Leeds Maintenance Garage Roof Replacement

Question Cuttoff Date & Time 9/27/2023 11:00:00 PM (ET) This project will consist of the removal and replacement of construction of Summary Project Description: The project consists of removing existing EPDM roof membrane and replacing with new EPDM Membrane The estimated project period to begin October 10, 2023 and completion on or before November 15, 2023 It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Training is required on Roof from MFG Warranty is required This is project is exempt from state sales tax. Davis Beacon Wages Do Not Apply Site Visits: A site visit is recommended prior to submitting a bid. To schedule a site visit contractors must contact Teri Schulz at teri.schulz@iowadot.us with a date and time of when you want a site visit. Site visits must be completed prior to the Question Cutoff date. Contractors will be required to bring their own equipment needed for the site visit.
