America's Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia - Food Bank Re-Bid FY23

As of April 27, 2023. The project has not yet awarded. The successful Bidder shall provide all skill; labor, material, and equipment for the remodel to an existing 50,000 square foot warehouse building to include selective demolition of interior partitions, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems as well as exterior site components and structures. Once demolition is complete a remodel of portions of interior spaces to include construction of new partitions, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. Site improvements shall include locating and identifying existing underground pipes, structures, and utilities and the removal or relocation of them from the building/construction area, and the installation of new site utilities to include sanitary sewer structures. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the construction drawings. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical Specifications. Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted, in writing and forwarded, to the Procurement Officer, Resden Talbert at rtalbert@glynncounty-ga.gov no later than March 1st, 2023 All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than March 7th, 2023 All questions are required to be submitted in written form. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum. All contact concerning this solicitation shall be made through the Procurement Officer. Bidders shall not contact County employees, hired Architectural Firms, Department Heads, Evaluation Committee Members or Elected Officials with questions or any other concerns about the solicitation.
