Mcloughlin High School Gym HVAC Renovation

Work shall include Mechanical, Electrical, and Controls as separate contracts. Demolition consists of disconnecting all gymnasium steam connections and removing existing steam coils from the air handling equipment. The air handlers will be modified to include gas-fired pre-heaters, duct heaters, DX cooling coils and associated condensers, new fan motors and VFD drives. The locker areas will have new fan powered boxes with electric reheat and associated ducting installed. The concessions area will receive a rooftop air handler and associated curbing and ducting. All new equipment to receive a new dedicated natural gas line as well as 460 volt and 208/120 volt power infrastructure with option for future transfer connection to emergency generator.
