Asbestos Abatement Work - Roy School

Asbestos Abatement Work - Roy School Verbal, electronic, or faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on the supplied bid form in a sealed opaque envelope. The envelope shall be addressed to Mannheim School District 83 and shall carry the project name and the bidder's name. A complete bid will include the bid form, bid bond, and signed non-collusion statement. All interested bidders must demonstrate previous experience with Asbestos Abatement work in State of Illinois schools in a confidential AIA 305 Statement of Qualifications. Qualified bids must include a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond or certified check. The school district reserves the right to set aside a bid from a contractor who in the school district's opinion does not exhibit experience equal to the size and scope of this project. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bidder may not withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof.
