Fire Services Pole Barn

Contractor shall provide all necessary surveying, permitting, labor, materials, equipment and any other items necessary for the complete construction of the project identified in this scope, the attached plans/specifications, and any the other exhibits included with this bid advertisement. The project scope includes but is not limited to: demo, site clearing, earthwork, grading, paving, drainage/storm water collection, modification to weir outfall, concrete work, construction of a 65’x50’ Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) and associated electrical work, landscaping, and irrigation (via gator bags). All work shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications issued with this project. Alternate No. 1: Provide an ADD cost for crushcrete on the west and south sides of the proposed structure and storm water collection (RCP, Catch Basins, and MES’s), and additional concrete entrance apron as identified on see on civil plan set by Gulfstream Design Group, LLC (reference demarcation lines for separation between Base Bid and Bid Alternate #1 as shown in plans). Alternate No. 2: Provide an ADD cost to extend the PEMB by one 25'-0" x 65’-0” bay as indicated on the drawings. This includes expanding the electrical accordingly. Entire structure to be 75'-0" wide. DEDUCT the cost of the crushcrete underneath that portion of the additional structure. Alternate No. 3: Provide an ADD cost to extend the PEMB by one 25'-0" x 65’-0” bay as indicated on the drawings. This includes expanding the electrical accordingly. Entire structure to be 100'-0" wide. DEDUCT the cost of the crushcrete underneath that portion of the additional structure. Alternate No. 4: Provide an ADD cost to provide 175’ of 6’-0” high wooden privacy fence on the site as indicated on the civil drawings. Alternate No. 5: Provide an ADD cost to provide factory finish painting for all the structural steel of the Pre-Engineered Metal Building/Canopy, instead of field painting.
