This item includes Construction Contracts R-43967 (2100167, 2100257), R-43995 (2100262, 2100263 & 2100168) and R-43985 (2100261). The selected firm will perform Preliminary Engineering and Plan Development Services necessary to produce the construction contract documents, including the following services: Environmental Documentation Preparation, Topographic Survey Data Collection, Design, Utility Coordination, Geotechnical Services, Pavement Design, Permits, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering, and R/W Staking, as needed) and Construction Phase Services. Some of the potentially needed services include Small Structure and Pipe Hydraulics Design, and Wetland Mitigation. INDOT will provide real estate acquisition services, if needed. In the LOI, interested firms shall highlight the following projects: Des 2100167 (Small Structures & Drains Construction), Des 2100257 (HMA Overlay, Preventive Maintenance), and Des 2100263 (Slide Correction). The selected consultants fee proposal shall be 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
