Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation - Daleville Avenue Tank

1. The project consists of the miscellaneous repair, interior surface preparation and painting, and exterior cleaning of the Daleville Avenue Water Storage Tank. The tank is presently full and will be coordinated with the Enterprise Water Department for draining before beginning work. The Contractor shall coordinate his work efforts so as to cause the least amount of disruption in the operation of the water system. 2. The scope consists of completing repairs, and exterior cleaning. Surface preparation, interior wet painting, miscellaneous repairs listed in project specification, testing, cleanup, sterilization and incidentals. 3. Any miscellaneous or incidental work not specifically listed shall be included in the items of work and no separate payment will be made for miscellaneous or incidental work.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
