Forsyth County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractors must be properly licensed as required by Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes to bid and perform the base bid work described herein; however, a G.C. license is not required to bid and perform the bid alternate work only if awarded. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The range for this project is between $200,000 and $300,000.
