Installation for the Westbrook Schools Mechanical Project

Daisy Ingraham School The Unit, designated for replacement, (Task Unit) is located above the ceiling outside the library and computer room entrance. The unit provides heating and air conditioning to both areas. The unit has a water coil piped to the central boiler. The unit also has a fully contained air-conditioning package, (compressor deck, evaporator and condenser). The replacement unit must meet or exceed the minimum specifications of the existing unit. Westbrook High School The replacement of nine (9) ceiling-mounted cabinet heating fan coil units, and one (1) additional unit located by the cafeteria. The new units must meet or exceed the current specifications of the existing equipment.
