Road Striping Program

The Oconee County Board of Commissioners is soliciting bids from qualified companies interested in providing the annual striping of approximately 35-40 miles of various roads throughout Oconee County. The initial contract term will be for one (1) year with up to four (4) one year renewals. Questions regarding this ITB shall be received in writing via email no later than 5:00 PM on August 19, 2022. Responses will be provided via addenda no later than 5:00 PM on August 24, 2022. CONTACT Jessica Ellis, Procurement Officer ocbids@oconee.ga.us If required, each bidder must deposit with his bid a Bid Bond or Certified Check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, and a Consent of Surety form from a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia. The Consent of Surety shall state that upon award of the Agreement, a Performance and Payment Bond each for one hundred percent (100%) of the Total Agreement Amount can be furnished. The OCBOC reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or any bid that is deemed non-responsive or non-responsible, to waive technicalities, and to issue change orders altering the original scope of work to address changes or unforeseen conditions necessary for the project's completion.
