Description

The CMAR Contractor will be selected for an approximate 5-year program to provide preconstruction and construction services to be managed by the City of Tempe. The construction budget is approximately $3.2M for the manhole and pipeline replacement or rehabilitation work. Multiple contracts may be awarded within the overall program. Figure 1 shows locations of the Recommended Jointly Owned CIP Projects.
