Sawcut Asphalt and Install Concrete

Base Bid: The work consists of but is not limited to: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to: sawcut existing asphalt, excavate existing asphalt and soil, furnish/install compacted crushed limestone, pour Concrete Slab @ 4000 PSI with steel rebar. This project is on the east side of Bldg. #21 at USDA Cotton Ginning Laboratory, located at 111 Experiment Station Road in Stoneville, MS.. All work shall be performed in accordance with the SOW, terms, conditions, drawings, and specifications contained in this document. NOTE: The above general outline of principal features of the work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor and materials required by the plans and specifications. NAICS CODE: 237310 - Davis Bacon Wage Determination will apply. SIZE OF PROJECT: In accordance with FAR 36-204, the estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. SET ASIDE: This procurement is being set aside for Small Business. Proposals are due 5/03/2023, 4:00 PM CT, (COB). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
