Question submission closing July 17, 2023 The project is being funded through Jackson County Parks Department Capital Improvement Funds. Bidders shall supply total project price on supplied documents. Project Commencement and Completion * Project to commence no earlier than September 18, 2023. Necessary testing and equipment or material staging may be permitted with prior written permission. * Work to be performed during normal business hours, unless otherwise approved by JCP. * Project completion is determined to be when scope of work is completed in its' entirety, including necessary test, inspections and permit completions. * Contractor is responsible to maintain a safe and clean work area, as well as maintain professional appearance and behavior while on job site. * Project is to be completed in entirety, including restoration work, prior to November 22, 2023. o JCP reserves the right to engage with any/all proposal submitters for clarification of proposal. o JCP reserves the right to reject any/all proposal submissions for any reason.
