Underground Storage Tank Removal

The Contractor, as an independent contractor and not as an agent of the County of Allegheny, shall supply necessary personnel, equipment, tools, material and, all other items necessary for the performance of the UST tank closure including, the removing and disposing of tank contents, to the extent possible, prior to removal activities, soil testing, removal and disposal of any overlying surface material, all costs incident to excavating and handling the material, securing the site, fencing, and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work.

Division 02 -	Existing Conditions, Subsurface Investigation.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
