| Description | The project includes the construction of one post-and-panel sign and planter bed. The work includes but is not limited to installation of minor erosion control BMPs, site preparation and grading, construction of the new sign and installation of landscaping. The proposed sign structure is five (5) feet tall. The sign panel is 2.5 feet by three (3) feet in area and is held between two decorative posts.
