2020 and 2021 Recreation Fields Grounds Maintenance

Furnish services consisting of all supplies, labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform care of all lawns & landscaped surroundings at the premises listed above. All services shall be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with the generally accepted practice of firms specializing in nursery and landscape services. All services will be performed while adhering to all local, state and federal rules, regulations, policies and guidelines. The lawns and shrubberies will be kept with a well­-maintained appearance. Nichols Field Complex: All turf areas from #26 to 42 Depot Road (Including both sides of Depot Road). Charles Nichols Field: Ballfield and playground at 1 Monument Square, west of the Library to the retaining wall at 22 Main Street. Hollis Social Library: At 2 Monument Square. Hollis Town Hall: 7 Monument Square, Property bordered by streets, parking lot and a driveway. Town Common: In the center of Monument Square, bordered by granite curbing. Hollis Congregational Church and Memorial Park: At 3 Monument Square, Begin at east side of church driveway to Broad Street and down Broad Street to the property line of the Stickney property.
