Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of 500 GPD aerobic septic system, 500 gallon pretreatment tank, 2,000 gallon holding tank with high water alarm float, as seen in septic design in Appendix, electrical, obtain permitting from county, and 2-year maintenance agreement.
