| Description | The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services to the Moving Bed Biological Reactor (MBBR) system to include software updates as defined in this PWS, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Moving Bed Biological Reactor (MBBR) system is the key component in the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (IWTP). The IWTP cleans all wastewater that is generated from the industrial operations that occur on Depot. It is critical that any breakdown that occurs is treated with the utmost importance. |
