| Description | To furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install new flooring at 235 Deming Way 1. Remove old flooring and install new flooring in several office spaces specified below: a. Kitchen and two bathrooms will have Shaw style 1020V Paragon 7” plus with color 05052 Fresh Pine and width 7 inches. This is to match latest floor coverings installed in other areas of the building. b. The office spaces will have Shaw Carpet Tile, Model – Genius. Color – Masterful with strataworx backing, solution dyed nylon and 14 ounce tuftex weight in a coordinating color chosen by the customer (Dorchester County Water & Sewer). Specifications and samples of the carpet will be provided at the pre-bid conference. 2. Furniture will have to be moved, put up new cove base and/or reinstall baseboard in some offices. All work must be completed at night or on weekends |
