Description

Provide construction and design services for college-wide minor projects. Minor projects to be performed under this contract include new construction, renovations, and remodels that do not exceed a construction budget of $2,000,000, or studies for which the professional service fees do not exceed $200,000. The types of projects to be executed include but are not limited to, HVAC renovations and replacement, parking lot sealing and paving, roofing refurbishment and replacement, site work and utility system improvement, renovation and demolition, Safety to Life upgrades (fire, health, sanitation), ADA upgrades, and miscellaneous remodels and renovations to campus buildings. The College intends to select up to three (3) respondents for each professional specialty (Construction Managers, MEP Engineers, Structural Engineers, and Civil Engineers), and work will be distributed based on College needs, timing/scheduling of the work and availability of the specific services required for the individual project. Professional specialties include Construction Manager, MEP Engineers, Structural Engineers, and Civil Engineers. The College will only accept one (1) type of specialty per respondent. Respondents that can provide multiple functions, must decide which specialty they wish to provide services for and indicate that specialty in their submission (Appendix C). Contract term will require annual prequalification in accordance to SPC Procedure P6Hx23-6.06.
