Contract will be for one year with option to extend three additional one year terms. 1. Replace or repair of sinks, faucets, showers, toilets 2. Replace or repair hot and cold water lines 3. Install or repair domestic hot water heaters and circulators 4. Replace or repair back flows, pressure reducing valves, sewer lines 5. Repair small natural gas, propane heaters and oil furnaces 6.
