Concrete Replacement/Repair of a Handicapped Ramp

1.Saw cut existing pavement in parking lot approximately 4’ wide by 40’ long. 2.Excavate area adjacent to the ramp approximately 4’B.F. G. approximately 4’ wide and 40’ long. 3.Form and pour 8” thick by 12” wide concrete footing. 4.Form and pour 8” wide concrete wall along entire ramp face height varies due to ramp slope and existing grades. 5.Drill and pin all new concrete work into existing ramp. 6.Concreted to be a minimum of 2,500 psi compressive strength. 7.Backfill excavated area: (specs and compaction) with 1 1/2 “ crushed gravel. 8.Repave disturbed parking area 2” binder ¾” and 1” of 3/8 top. 9.Emulsify old to new asphalt. 10. Lift and Secure lower ramp with crusted stone.
