| Description | Alliance Hall/Building 3 – replace the existing split systems composed of roof mounted condensers paired with duct furnace air movers. Existing installation includes as many as 17 roof-top condenser units. New systems shall be heat pumps, and be multiple-zone VRF units, providing cooling capacities can be met. Building Controls – Buildings 1 and 3 have Existing BAS monitoring system, utilizing a D.O.S. style navigation terminal (located in Building 4), which is cumbersome and provides no GUI. Upgrade system for monitoring and control of buildings 1 and 3 within the HVAC Shop (Building 4) to include on-screen GUI. Housing Unit E Roof-top Heat Pumps - Replace 4 existing Trane packaged heat pumps with similar equipment. Adapt roofing curbs as needed and modify nearby roof-top vents as required to provide code compliant separation. |
