The project will consist of the following types of work: Construction of a 300,000 gallon (nominal capacity) welded steel tank with self-supporting cone roof, the tank foundation and other appurtenant items. Project Location: Port O'Connor, Texas. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check or a Bidder's Bond from a surety company licensed in the State of Texas, in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the largest amount bid, payable to the Port O'Connor Improvement District, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract with the Owner. The Port O'Connor Improvement District reserves the right to waive any or all formalities in the bid and to reject any or all bids. Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
