Description

Construct a full wall consisting of 20 gallon metal studs with 31/2 Batt insulation covered with 5/8 drywall taped ready for finishes. To be included is a break metal and panel which will cover the studs and drywall at the window area. Furthermore, frame and install a 3 foot x 7 foot 45 min rated door frame, a plush paint grade door, hinges, a rim exit device with a lever handle and door closer. The contractor will furnish two cartons of ceiling tiles to match the existing celing.
