Single Seal Old 13 Road - approx. 1.00 miles Walters Lane - approx. .40 miles Contact Jeff Peterson 715-493-9818 after 4:00 pm (Mon - Thurs. or anytime Fri - Sun.) for chip sealing spec-ifications and road locations. Proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the maximum bid, payable to the Town of Westboro as a guar-antee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file the Contract. The Certified Check is returnable to the bidder immediately after signing the Contract. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price, a Certificate of Insurance, together with an executed contract, will be required of the successful bidder. The contractor shall furnish and deliver to the owner a certificate of insurance or worker's compensation and an umbrella certificate of liability and property insurance in the minimum amount of three million dollars before begin-ning work, and shall notify the owner immediately of any cancellation or change in insurance coverage. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
