| Description | Gutters shall include, but not limited to: 1.Half round aluminum gutters, sized appropriately for roof pitch/rainfall, painted white, on all elevations necessary for proper drainage 2.Preference of a fascia hanger, roof hanger second choice 3.If fascia hanger is used, contractor will inspect fascia boards for rot before installation of gutters. If widespread rot is present, contractor will need to replace fascia board(s) according to The Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. Cypress or cedar preferred for wood replacement. Downspout and brackets shall be least conspicuous as possible. |
