Remodeling Building for Solicitor`s Office

Add (3) three new interior doors with all hardware and casing Install (2) two new store frontage doors. Add (3) three new interior walls one being a corner wall. Walls shall be finished drywall with standard insulation. New walls shall go through the ceiling. The men and women restroom located near the new corner wall will need to be brought up to codes, standards, and regulations to meeting all ADA requirements. Any new plumbing shall have cut off values access. The entire interior of the building will need to be painted white. Majority of the current interior walls are paneling dark brown with black lines. Installation of new carpet squares being Mainstreet by Philadelphia Genius Brilliant 44100 . Bathroom and kitchen flooring shall be commercial VCT Tile Check HVAC units to cool and heat the building correctly. Making any necessary changes as need to abide to the codes and standard of the County and State. Ceiling tiles replaced as necessary. Update and fix any and all electrical issues ensuring that all electrical needs are up to codes and standards. Ensuring that each office has sufficient electrical outlets and lighting. Add additional lighting fixtures where needed. Pressure washing the entire building outside as well as cleaning the gutters , Painting only the front and the rear of the building Fix any canopies if necessary. Ensure their sturdiness and stability of each canopy. •Adding steps at the mechanical room to prevent falling. Adding outside security lights on the building to increase security
